Hello Friend,
I bet you have a vision for your life that includes a loving partner, success in the work you do, financial security, and pride in who you are as a man. But there’s something standing in the way of that vision, otherwise you wouldn’t be on this website right now.
You’ve been struggling to control addictive and compulsive sexual behaviors, and nothing you’ve done so far has curbed your addiction. What if I told you that you could start taming that beast on the first day of my program, Title?
Real change starts with building new habits. Perhaps you’ve already taken my Habits course and have seen some shifts already. The problem is, habits alone won’t create lasting change unless they become part of your regular life. Until they are part of your lifestyle.
So a new lifestyle is what I’m here to help you build.
But it’s not so easy to do. After all, you could plan a new lifestyle for yourself based on a few new habits (you’ve probably already tried that), but still you find yourself falling back into old, destructive behaviors.
You may think: Well, I created financial/career success and built a family life without outside help, I can certainly build a porn-free lifestyle on my own. But the fact is, if you could end addictive and compulsive sexual behaviors on your own you would have.
Why is it so hard to make lasting change on your own? I’ll tell you why.
Because a change in lifestyle can be turbulent and, for addictive behaviors, turbulence leads to relapse. Without the proper understanding of what triggered these behaviors in the first place, and without structures in place to support meaningful change, your new lifestyle will most likely be short-lived.
In this course, you are going to shift your self-image, no longer viewing yourself as an “addict for life.” You’re going to learn a new definition of “in control” so that when you experience a strong urge, you are able to use tools from this program to prevent slips or a relapse.
And here’s the great news:
- No willpower is needed
- No counting days
- No shame or guilt-based recovery
- No judgment
Look, I used to be in your shoes. I was addicted to porn for 10 years. I created this program so other men could break free of the same thing that plagued my life. It tears me up that men lose their ability to have healthy sex, ruin relationships, and deal with depression and low self-esteem due to their perceived inability to control their behavior. You can regulate your compulsive actions and I’m going to show you how.

If you feel…
nervous about committing to a life change
shy about asking for help
afraid to fail at recovery again
unable to afford the cost of your addiction any longer
… this program will finally help you.
“I have been looking for a program and community for over 20 years to help me with my compulsive behavior. I tried religious programs and other ways to control my behavior. I struggled and went back to my compulsive behavior. I had given up and lot hope. With this program and the group I have been able to move forward, take back control and be positive. The program is life changing and very well structured… I have and am learning to be more aware of my emotions, control my compulsive behavior and have hope, which I had not had for so many years.”

Module 1
The Stages of Rebooting
Imagine embarking on a journey with no map, no compass, no GPS, and no ability to ask for directions. You might eventually get to the destination, but it will take a long time. And, you won’t know what obstacles are in the way until you run into them. This is exactly what men are doing when they try to take the journey of recovery on their own without support. In Module 1, I give you my step-by-step map for recovering from porn addiction. You’ll know what to expect at each stage of the process, including the pitfalls and stumbling blocks that trip up most men, and how to avoid them.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 2
Self-Defeating Personality Traits and Behaviors
Do you constantly feel used, like you always take care of others without getting enough in return? Are you afraid of making people angry if you say or do the wrong thing? Do you always say “I’m fine,” no matter how you’re actually feeling? Do you sabotage things that are going well? Do you need to be busy to feel that you’re worthwhile?
Before you make the journey to a porn-free life, you have to identify the self-defeating behavior patterns that are holding you back. Not only will this make your recovery faster, but if you don’t do this necessary work, these behaviors will continue to interfere with your relationships and your ability to function even after you’ve quit porn.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 3
What is Reboot Capital?
Creating a porn-free lifestyle is not as simple as just not watching porn. If it were, you would already be done with porn for good. What most people misunderstand about rebooting from porn addiction is that the things you have to bring into your life are just as important as the things you’re trying to cut out. This module introduces the concept of “Reboot Capital,” the resources you need to build in order to live a happy, healthy, fulfilled life that satisfies all the unmet needs you’ve been trying to mask and medicate with porn and masturbation.
Module 4
Social Reboot Capital
Part of creating a recovery lifestyle is taking a hard look at whether the people in your life support you to become the man you want to be. This module is about how to build new relationships that support your well-being, founded on shared positive values. Even if you’re not good at making new friends — even if you have crippling social anxiety like I did — you can use these techniques to bring new people into your life who will make it easy for you to stick to your reboot lifestyle.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 5
Physical Reboot Capital
Quitting porn is not just a mental exercise. Our brains and behavior are profoundly affected by how well we take care of our bodies. In this module we’ll talk about the three pillars of physical reboot capital: exercise, nutrition, and sleep, and how pivotal they are to living a porn-free life.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 6
Mental Reboot Capital
Many men who have struggled with compulsive behavior find that, by the time they are ready to quit, they have compromised their core values and beliefs to the point that they might not even know what they are anymore. This module focuses on clarifying your values, principles, and personal standards of behavior, so that you have a compass to guide you through the process of recovery.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 7
Emotional Reboot Capital
A problem for many men rebooting from porn addiction is that they’ve been using porn as a crutch to deal with difficult emotions. Once they quit, they have to learn the skills to deal with those emotions without porn. This module covers how to quickly develop the emotional muscles that atrophied because of your addiction. The result is meaningful contact with other people, feeling and experiencing life on a much deeper level, and more closeness with people you care about.
In this session, we will discuss:
Module 8
Spiritual Reboot Capital
Some men feel wary of the word “spiritual,” and with good reason. But when I talk about spiritual reboot capital, I’m not talking about any specific religion or spiritual practice. I’m talking about your connection to something greater, your sense of belonging, of who you are and why you are here. Spiritual capital is the steering wheel of your reboot lifestyle, which allows you to direct your life toward the things that are most important to you.
In this session, we will discuss:
