Seeking support takes a lot of courage and I am proud of you for making it this far in your journey. I’ve been in your shoes and I know how difficult this journey can be.
I’m here to help you.
I grew up in a conservative culture and religious family. As a result, I developed a lot of sexual shame during my childhood which led to more issues when I was a teenager. I medicated the feelings and emotions which I couldn’t handle with compulsive pornography use and masturbation.
I was exposed to pornography at the age of 8 and struggled to quit my behavior for over 15 years. I don’t want you to suffer for as long as I did. I want to share with you what I learned from these 15 years so that you can move from being “in recovery” to being “recovered.”
My approach has worked for thousands of men and here’s why:
This journey is not just about breaking the habit of watching pornography...
White-knuckling through on willpower because that’s a losing strategy.
You need to build new, sustainable habits so that you can create the life that you want.
Here is what you will learn in 7 lessons:
- Identifying Your Ideal Porn-Free Life
- Designing Your Recovery Plan
- Cleaning House
- Identifying Your Feelings

Identifying Your Ideal Porn-Free Life
The first step to ending your porn habit for good is to know what you want instead. If you don’t envision the future you’re working towards, it’s much harder to avoid slips and relapses when you hit a bump in the road. In this module, we’ll visualize—in exquisite detail—the life you want to create, free of porn, masturbation, and out-of-control sexual behavior. You will answer questions like:
What will your love life look like?
Where will you be in your career?
How will you feel most of the day?
This module also includes an “Ideal Life After Recovery Worksheet” to clarify what exactly recovery means for you.
Designing Your Recovery Plan
Trying to end your out-of-control behavior without a recovery plan is like trying to build a house without a blueprint. You might eventually get there, but it will take longer and it won’t be as sturdy, so it could collapse under the stress of unforeseen circumstances. In this module, we’ll create your detailed, individual recovery plan, based on the experience of thousands of other men who have walked this path before you. A strong foundation will set you up for success. Having a concrete plan saves you time, your most valuable and irreplaceable asset.
You will learn:
The costs of doing it the hard way
The five aspects of wellness that any successful recovery plan must address
How to use my comprehensive Recovery Planner Worksheet to design your personalized plan
For your recovery to last, it’s crucial to eliminate temptations that could lead you to relapse—specifically during the delicate period after you’ve quit the behavior, but before you’ve fully rewired your brain. In this module, we will review all the necessary precautions you can take to eliminate distraction and temptation. I’ve seen all the ways men can relapse, so I know how you can reduce the chances that will happen to you.
Set up your physical and virtual environment to protect the good habits you’re building
Learn the common pitfalls to recovery and how to avoid them in every moment
Identifying Your Feelings
Now that you know what you’re working towards, how you plan to get there, and you’ve cleared away everything that might pull you off course, it’s time to understand your behavior and learn what leads you to slip. In Module 4, we’ll identify the emotions that lead you back to porn again and again—where they come from and how to work with them.
We will cover:
How unidentified emotions fuel the cycle of addiction
How managing emotions is a skill that many of us were not taught growing up
How to identify, recognize, manage, and finally master your emotions
How understanding your emotions will improve your intimacy, sex life, work life, social life, spiritual life, and possibly even your finances
A “Feelings Exercise” that you can use every time you experience an urge to relapse
Changing Your Self-Talk
Self-talk is the part of the addiction cycle that we have the most control over. Self-talk determines how we feel and how we react to everything that comes at us during our day. This module covers one of the most powerful methods of self-change that you can do by yourself, without the help of a therapist or coach.
You will learn:
How negative self-talk pulls us into an alternate reality, and how to get back to the real world
The consequences of negative self talk, including self-doubt, anxiety, depression, lack of meaningful relationships, lack of inner peace, and urges to relapse
The benefits of positive self-talk, including self-reliance, self-esteem, confidence, and self-awareness
Training the Mind
Culture teaches us to suppress and distract ourselves from our strongest emotions. Do you want to spend the rest of your life “battling” your addiction, or do you want to learn to work with your brain to control your behavior more quickly and easily? This module explains the method of mental training known as mindfulness meditation, which will help you understand and master your own mind.
You will learn how to:
Escape numbness to experience joy and passion again
Experience the truth that you have never been broken, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with you
Change your most ingrained habits of thought and behavior
Understand what your inner addict is trying to do for you
Allow sexual urges to come and go without reacting to them
Schedule: Your Lifeline

Maintaining a daily schedule is a lifeline you can hold onto to pull yourself back up. What Others Say About J.K....
“I really appreciate J.K’s straight forward, no nonsense, “tell it like it is,” yet caring, light-hearted, humorous and empathetic approach. The fact that J.K is a recovering porn addict himself lends tremendous credibility to his advice and instills deep confidence in me. My experience in his practice is a key ingredient in my successful recovery to date. I spend 2 hours each week for my coaching sessions and have never had a reason to regret it.”
“Working with J.K as a coach has been one of the greatest choices that I have made in the past year. Prior to coaching, I had been trying to quit on my own for over three years with no progress. I had seen multiple therapists who either did not know about porn addiction or who did not believe in it. With recovery coaching, I have made significant progress that was not possible prior to working with J.K. One great advantage of working with JK is that he is an experiential expert with a deep understanding of this addiction. His knowledge and abilities are exceptional. In coaching, he has employed a holistic approach to my addiction that has helped me to improve in multiple areas of my life while recovering from my porn addiction. The tools that I have learned in recovery coaching have been incredibly useful, not only in my recovery, but also in my day to day life. I am no longer just going through the motions of abstaining from porn, I am actually recovering! “
